There is no attention to detail nor customer service that Bonnie does not provide and she makes what can be a very stressful part of life very manageable. She is also someone whom I trust. Trust is something I believe is execptionally important in selling your home. She contstantly goes beyond the call of duty as well - and when I forgot to clean out the fridge on September 15th before leaving the house (as it closed on September 21) she went in and did it for me. It is those little things, like the fantastic packing tape she left for me, as well that make all the difference. I also mentioned to a colleague who in the real estate field in Oshawa and who is with an competitor firm that I was working with Bonnie and was told 'you are in very good hands'. She was there whenever we needed her, just a call or text away, and we knew we could count on her to get back to us quickly. She answered all of our silly questions and talked us through everything we needed to know and do, step by step. It was a wonderful experience and took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we could count on her to make sure things were done the right way. We have two sons, Daniel and David, who have been living with us while working and saving for a house. They were eager to get in the housing market and start building equity in a new home. Subsequently, we will sell our home in Ajax and move to our retirement home in Selwyn. We worked with Bonnie back in 2016 to purchase our home in Ajax. We contacted Bonnie to work with all of this on this journey. Not unexpectedly, the journey so far as had up and downs with finding a home, not getting the home, winning a bid followed by buyer’s remorse and anxiety. I have had 2 occasions to deal with Bonnie. The first was when my house first went on the market. With her help we were able to lease my property out, for what we thought would be a year. As a new Landlord I was very green at this whole rental thing but Bonnie was very helpful in guiding me through the process. As we had attempted to sell the property, I had decided that I wanted to lease on the off chance that my financial position would improve. Bonnie was very good at arranging things in my house to show it in the best possible light. She is, obviously, very good at her job. During the whole leasing time, Bonnie was, more then, helpful whenever I had any problems. She was there to help me and set me up with a very competent repairman. Because Bonnie had done such a good job with the leasing and the resolution of any problems it is for this reason that I called Bonnie when it was time to sell me house. Again I was not disappointed in anyway in the effort and passion she put into selling my house. After we had received a firm offer, there were complications, but again Bonnie was there to, not only help, but to help me understand what was going on. I would not hesitate one minute to recommend Bonnie to any of my friend or family that were in need of an agent. Bonnie did go above and beyond what is expected of a Real Estate Agent. Bonnie was not only professional in her actions but was also human. One could feel the passion she had for sell “my” house. I felt as though I was the only person that she had as a client. Without a doubt she gave us undivided attention over the course of about 4 years of grueling house hunting with only our satisfaction in mind. Bonnie was easy to do business with. We have only purchased one home previously and it was over 13 years ago so we asked a lot of questions and relied on her guidance and experience in some situations. It has been a challenge considering the COVID situation and all the bidding wars that were taking place. She always suggested that we never offer more then we felt comfortable with, which really took the pressure off. She always had our best interests at heart. She made us feel like we were looking at these houses with a knowledgeable friend, rather then a real estate agent we had just met. Bonnie was very patient. My son and I were on a tight budget; I had just come out of a very bad divorce and was almost starting from scratch again, and my son is young has never owned a house before but had been diligently saving for years for a chance to get into the housing market.
